2026 Road Work

From Monday, June 29th to Wednesday, July 1st, road work will be underway on Dearborn River Road from the top of the switch backs through the switch backs and further as funding allows. A contractor from Cascade (with association volunteers present) will be conducting the work. Please be aware of heavy equipment and gravel trucks.

Annual Meeting

The 2026 annual meeting was held on Saturday, May 23rd from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

at the Dearborn Volunteer Fire Department.

The primary and exclusive purpose of the Dearborn Landowners' Association is to represent the interests of the property owners and to maintain a viable road system.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Paying annual dues of $100 per year per owner helps with maintaining our roads for all landowners. Dearborn River Road is our main road and often receives the most attention.

However, volunteers are always needed for road work and park maintenance. Planning and hosting a community event is always most welcome.
