Annual Meeting
The 2026 annual meeting will be held on Saturday, May 23rd from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
at the Dearborn Volunteer Fire Department.
Weather permitting, there will be a picnic / gathering at the fire department after the meeting.
Below are supporting documents for the annual meeting: 1) annual letter; 2) draft agenda (please submit topics, if desired); 3) 2025 annual meeting minutes (to be approved); 4) 2025 financial summary (to be discussed).
OUR MISSION
The primary and exclusive purpose of the Dearborn Landowners' Association is to represent the interests of the property owners and to maintain a viable road system.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
Paying annual dues of $100 per year per owner helps with maintaining our roads for all landowners. Dearborn River Road is our main road and often receives the most attention.
However, volunteers are always needed for road work and park maintenance. Planning and hosting a community event is always most welcome.
