UPDATE
2026 Road Work

Phase I of this year's road work was completed on July 10th on Dearborn River Road from the top of the mountain, down through the switch backs on the west-side. An abundance of compliments were received on Facebook but more notably by neighbors passing through while work was being done.  Neighbors expressed gratitude and offered cool drinks, ice cream, and fresh eggs to the contractors and volunteers. One comment by a gentlemen that did county road maintenance for many years stated, "they are doing it right."

Thank you to all in the community for your support by word and funds. Most importantly, thank you to all those that volunteered.

Further road maintenance and funds will be assessed into the summer.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Paying annual dues of $100 per year per owner helps with maintaining our roads for all landowners. Dearborn River Road is our main road and often receives the most attention.

However, volunteers are always needed for road work and park maintenance. Planning and hosting a community event is always most welcome.
